The Council

The Alliance will be run by the council which will never consist of more than eleven people. The Council will vote on everything from the promotions and demotions of members to War and Alliance rule changes. There will be one Representative for every five members until the Alliance reaches eleven council members. Once a topic is nominated for discussion it will be open for twenty four hours for council members to vote. After the twenty four hour period voting stops and whatever the majority of the council decides will rule. The only time the council can be vetoed is when the council decides to declare war. If the Prime Minister deems it necessary he can veto the councils vote to declare war although the Prime Minister cannot declare war himself.

To become a member of the council you MUST be active in game and on the forums. RANK is not a determining factor. If you have proven to be a valuable member of the alliance and a position is open it will be discussed between the alliance leader and current council members who will receive the position. if there are more than one eligible member of the alliance for the position then the council will vote as to who will receive the position.

ONCE you are on the council you WILL lose your position if you go inactive without being in vacation mode for more than 7 days. if you are in vacation mode and have notified your alliance leaders you will remain on the council.
