wow... but he has a point, there is no reason to make laws to prevent the use of stupid drugs that people only use because they dont CARE.... if Heroine was legal I still wouldnt use it.

And just because it's illegal doesn't mean people won't do it if they really want to. Why waste time making or repealing laws about stuff that people will/won't do regardless of law?

because it will create jobs/taxes and instead of the money going to drug dealers and cartels in mexico it can go to the United States government. I mean Heroin is a little extreme but Marijuana makes senses as it is much less violent/addictive and deadly
